Work Description

She was having a bad day...There was a dead body in her flower garden and the notes from the scathing expose of a murder in the Amazon she'd ghostwritten had been stolen. When she returned to the scene of the crime Kim Killian was next in line for murder.

But if trouble seemed to haunt Kim like a specter, so did the dashing Conor Stark. In fact, trouble and Conor were fast becoming synonymous.

With his gentle eyes and heart-melting smile, it was a struggle to remember that Conor was the enemy -- a hired hand and a dangerous man. Despite being robbed, mugged, hunted and shot at, the few days she had spent with Conor had been the best of her life. Kim just hoped they weren't her last.--FictionDB
