During a big storm, the Sandman's boat is wrecked and he is stranded on an island, where Jack Tar and his son John keep the lighthouse. When the children of the world can't get to sleep, a search begins to find the Sandman. Finally, a creative tailor parachutes onto the island to see if his skills can help save the day.
